General Membership
Gate Key FOB replacement : member must attend a General Membership Meeting and pay the replacement FOB cost of $10.00.

New members can bring their completed membership form to a general membership meeting the first Wednesday of the month with payment and submit it prior to the start of the meeting to be voted in. Cards and forbs will not be available to these members until a future date once their application has been fully processed.
Membership Renewals: Membership cards will no longer be mailed and must be picked up on club grounds. This can be accomplished by attending a membership meeting, going to an open event or making arrangements with a club official no less than 30 days after the submission of your application (to allow for processing).

OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD:
October 1st of the Current Year through February 15th of the Upcoming year with NO reinstatement fee
**If you have been a member in the past and have left your membership lapse for any amount of time you will need to pay the reinstatement fee to renew your membership. If you have questions about this or to determine your status, please contact the membership secretary.

Gate & Key Fob Access is turned off for any member not having the upcoming year's dues paid/processed on or before December 31st. {Please note, that you must give enough time to receive and process your payment (up to 30 days) to guarantee your access is not interrupted.}
Be sure to use the current application to aid in the processing of your application.

All Life Members MUST complete and sign an application for the current year to stay active. Failure to submit a current year application will result in the Life member's fob being turned off.
If Adding Spouse please include the $50.00 payment. If you want access to the Indoor Archery/.22 Range please include the current rate on the application with payment.

All New Members must attend the General Membership Meeting the first Wednesday of the month to receive their credentials. If a New Member does not attend the Membership Meeting they will not receive their credentials until they attend a General Membership Meeting.
*****please make sure application is filled out correctly and ID Proof is provideded if needed. Processing takes a minimum of 30+ days.
Incomplete and Incorrect applications and/or checks will be returned to the member to be corrected and will result in additional processing time.

Indoor Center Fire Range:
**If you have not completed your range qualification assessment (new or current members) you MUST Call to schedule qualification
firing, contact 717-706-1109 before mailing this year's application. (Click Here for more information)
**Renewing Members ONLY that have already QUALIFIED be sure to check the box on the application and send the fee as stated on this
year's application.

Honorary Military Memberships: Must call the Membership Officer yearly before submitting a Membership Application. If you do not contact the Membership Officer there will be a delay in your membership processing.
Active duty personnel desiring to join the Association are only required to pay dues for the initial year at the current rate, with no initiation fee. Waiver of the initiation fee for active duty personnel is valid for one year from separation from active duty, provided they were on active duty longer than six (6) months.

Discounts: If you are a Senior (65 and older), a First Responder (actively) or a member of the United States Armed Forces (current or retired) you are entitled to a discount of $20. In all 3 instances proof must be provided with your yearly membership application.
**Any one of the above 3 options entitles you to a $20 discount, however only 1 discount (maximum of $20) can be used any given year.
**The discount can only be applied and redeemed by club member and does not apply to member spouse.
